The Sixty Jiazi Oracle, made up of sixty divination poems, is commonly drew in Taiwan to interpret one’s future. Of the 1680 characters across all the poems, nine out of ten are variations of just 265. The work echoes the tension between abstract/concrete and random/inevitable in fortune-telling, evoking the dissipation of uncertainty in the digital age, where predictions once tied to magic now lean toward probability and statistics.
